Returns & Refunds
To initiate a return, send us an email to email@example.com All returned items must be unused and in their original tags attached and must be in their original packaging.

No returns are accepted on items on sale, unless the items present manufacturing defects.
SHE LASH items cannot be refunded unless the items present manufacturing defects. In that case, the refund will be credited back to the original mode of payment used for the transaction. If you wish to return your item for other reasons we will provide you with store credit to be used on our website.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or refund based on the inspection of the returned items. If it is approved, then your store credit or refund will be processed.
Please, note that shipping charges and any taxes and customs duties incurred will not be refunded.
